The Visovac house "Kuželj" is a visitor center in a centuries-old forest of downy oak and oriental hornbeam at Stinice.
It is a part of the 8.5 km long educational-pedestrian path Stinice – Roški slap waterfall – Oziđana pećina cave, and is also one of the entrances to the Krka National Park, where tickets can be purchased and all the necessary information acquired. It is open for visitors from April to November, and in the winter period by appointment for organized groups.
In a state of untouched nature, visitors can also enjoy a smaller trail with a lookout point for educational walking and forest watching. In the surrounding area, there is a playground with educational elements from the plant and animal world, and there is also an accessible open-air "library". The house itself contains a permanent exhibition "The Forester's House" about the autochthonous species in the forest ecosystem.
The Visovac "Kuželj" house is a visitor center of educational character. Due to its position in a valuable forest community of downy oak and oriental hornbeam, it offers numerous opportunities for education in direct contact with the forest world. That is the reason there are workshops for kindergarten and elementary school children here.
